Continue to have log in problems. I cannot log in at all.

 I use a Mac using the common Mac browser Safari.

All cookies, flash etc. are enabled.

 When I try to log it it will let me type in my name but when I click on the password area to try and type my password the curser jumps back to the enter name box.

 I can get no further in the log in process.

I have had my pass name and password sent to me to verify I was entering the correct name.

So far I am very frustrated and disappointed with the changes made since the site "upgrade". If anything I think the site is a deep disappointment in accessibility and very poor quality in a number of the feature changes when compared to the previous version of our site.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having problems.  I looked thorugh the support logs and this is the first time you have requested assistance or informed us that you are having issues with this version.  I wish you had contacted us immediately so we could have been helping you.  I am also sorry to hear that you think our new version is a deep disappointment.  We have dozens of sites up and running on it and we have had no bad feedback yet.  In fact, the feedback has been hugely positive.

Can you please send a list of the poor quality items so we can address them for you?  Can you also let us know more about the accessibility issues you are having other than the log in issue you are first making us aware of now?  We made most all adjustments per Ann's very specific specifications.  We can get a teleconference schedule between you, me , and Ann to address the quality issues if they are associated with the changes she requested.

Finally, please call me at 763-494-0381 so we can figure out what's going on for log in.  Had you contacted us earlier, we would have already been working on resolving this for you.  Again, I am very sorry to hear of your issues.  We can only help if we are aware.

I just searched the support logs back to 2006.  There is no record of you ever contacting us for support on this version or any version.  Again, I am very sorry you are having issues.  We want to help, but can only help when we know that you are having issues.
